This is the seventh edition of this book which contains a glossary on all aspects of gemstones and the terms associated with them. Sections on manufactured gems, the enhancement of gem materials and on the precautions necessary for avoiding damage to gemstones and jewellery during manufacturing. A section on repairs and cleaning is also included.
Sadly, availability is sometimes limited due to the small world-wide demand for books of this calibre. It's worth trying Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk (see the links above) because they can sometimes obtain second hand or remaindered stocks.
