With strong red colouration, it is known for physical protection and strength in battle or conflict, along with improved health, courage and passion. Pure Red Carnelian is associated with the zodiac sign of Aries, Orange Carnelian with Taurus, and Blood-Red Carnelian with Scorpio. All shades of Carnelian are associated with the zodiac sign of Sagittarius.
